The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company."

"Wes came out and looked at my properties. Then he gave me a quote right there on the spot. He is very competitive in his pricing. I would recommend Crafted Exterior to anybody that needs any of their services done. They completed all three jobs I hired them for timely and efficiently. "The sales person set-up an appointment with me a few days after I called. He explained all of the details and gave me a great price. About a week later an installer came to the house to take measurements, check for lead paint in the existing windows and answer any additional questions I had. About 3 weeks later I received a call that the custom made windows were ready and I scheduled an installation date for later that week. I agreed with the person scheduling the installation date that because of the threat of bad weather the installation may be postponed by a day or two. The installation was postponed one day of which I had anticipated and had no problem with. The installers called about 45 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. They arrived and went right to work. I believe it took about 4 to 5 hours to get the old windows out and install the new. During that time I chatted with them briefly and found them to be very friendly and professional. They installed the wonderful new windows and thoroughly cleaned them along with their work area and hauled away all of the debris. 
Overall I am very happy with the entire process and love the new windows. I plan on contacting them later this year to discuss
more work I would like done to my house.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.
