"It went very well. I was impressed that I called on Monday with the temperature about 100 and they were able to schedule a technician to come the next morning. He called 15 minutes before the appointment and arrived on time. Diagnosis took about 5 minutes. He had the part on the truck and installed it in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional. My only concern was lack of clarity in what was covered by the $79 diagnosis charge. I thought that applied to the repair but he said that it didn't that any repair charges would be additional but when he left he charged about $140 for the part with no additional installation charge. I assume that the installation was included in the diagnosis fee or in the charge for the part, but that wasn't clear."
