"We hired Lou (Fernald Homes) after receiving 4 other estimates for our complete kitchen/breakfast nook remodel. We also had carpeting throughout the house replaced with luxury vinyl flooring and had the dining room and living room painted. The cost was competitive and what we expected. Lou arranged and scheduled all the contractors (electrician, plumbing, construction, painters, flooring install) and was present and overseeing everything each day someone was here.
