"Replaced our duck work and will not blow any air through our vents. Day 1. Came back day 2 nothing any better. Day 3 said he would back and never showed up. Would not answer my husband's phone calls. Our thermostat is set on 82. Thermostat is set at 82. The unit never shuts off. Temperature in our home is 87 degrees. Would not recommend his work. Waiting for him to come and fix this problem. Sure hope he doesn't what he says. Suppose to come back. Already paid in full."

"Buyer Beware! Lots and lots of Frustration and Tons of Time wasted trying to get a hold of someone at this company. They say they are 24 hours but their hours are really 9-5 but they don't pick up the phone either during that time and after 5pm it goes to an answering service that takes messages for which they don't respond. My family with 3 babies under 1 year old spent a night without AC (which is less than 1 year old and still under warranty) due to their carelessness and laziness. My whole story and review is on their yelp page as google limits the characters but long story short I am thankful that my issue happened in 80 degree weather rather than in the hot hot summer. I now know to EXPECT nothing but frustration from this company. Side Note: I did ask to speak with the owner as that is who we originally spoke with when the unit was installed and was told he doesn't have time to speaker deal with customers anymore by the women office manager....Tells you everything right there"

"Had Darren install a new unit and duct work in my house about a year ago. I am now about to call him to get a annual service done and wanted to post about my service and experience with Darren and his team. I had a great experience Darren was very good and I felt confortable with him after getting 4 quotes. He is not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but I believe the quality of the work is by far worth the extra cost. Darren was good and he and his team member were very professional. Darren even took the time to walk me through the warranty process with the A/C manufacture to ensure all the paper work was correct in order to get the warranty. I would highly recommend Gulfside A/C for good quality work. They did my job in less than 2 days for a full replacement with ducts included and they even ran additional air outlets. I am about to call Darren to get my yearly service so again I would highly recommend these guys."
