"While I didn't think the plumber did the cleanest job installing the shower pan, it passed inspection and I think they fixed the leak just fine. I did want to say that Gary B., the service manager, was top notch the whole way through in how much he tried to help me  and how customer service oriented he was. One of the faucets wasn't installed evenly, and he sent a plumber out to fix it immediately. He also took care of all the permitting. He was a pleasure to work with and a real asset to the company.

"Bought replacement shower trim kit at a local, reputable plumbing supply company. Took all old parts to them so they could give me the correct new parts. Plumber told me they sold me the wrong parts so I had to go back. Supply company said they were absolutely the correct parts and were surprised that a plumber from Maurici did not know better. I had plumber check outdoor spigots where garden hose attaches. One is in garage. He checked to make sure spigot did not leak at hose attachment. He left the spigot turned on with hose & nozzle attached. Three days later I got a call from a neighbor that water was pouring out of condo garage into parking lot and street. This call came probably 3 hrs after flooding began. Drywall and baseboards in garage soaked. Also began to flood neighbor's garage and all her boxes stored on the floor.. Initial call to Maurici they said they would pay for my contractor to replace drywall and paint for us. Then they said they would have their drywall guy take a look and he would do the work. Then, a week and a half later they said they wouldn't do anything because it was my hose that burst. Reluctantly said they would have someone's son put primer over the area. Now I have discolored, rippled drywall. on both sides of garage. One side is bad halfway to ceiling. Insurance deductible is $1000 so did not file a claim. I paid Maurici over $2000 for all work done over 2 visits. Also, main shutoff valve was not repaired, but moved to a different location that will not shut off water if there is a break between it and outside which is full length of garage. Plumber didn't want to mess with putting the shutoff where it really needs to be. Unhappy that I still have plumbing issues (less than ideal shutoff valve location) and told at first that they would repair drywall and then changed their mind. Need to find a new plumber!"

"Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. Despite the expense, we would consider Cass for additional plumbing requirements should they become necessary."

"After setting the appointment on the scheduled day I received a text message from the company that included a photo and information on the plumber to arrive. That was a nice touch to start. The appointment was to camera scope our sewer line to look for a clean out that could not be located 10 days before by a Rotorooter Tarpon Springs plumber(?) who cleared a clog with horrible and questionable results. RR never scoped the line and reported that they went out 90 ft of snake until they found a blockage in the line that they cleared for $565! Did not clear any discharge or grey water before or after pulling a flush and couldn't find the sewer main but went out 90 feet. The house lot is not even that long. So when this service put in the camera they found water backing up at 32 feet from the same access, then marked the spot on the outside lawn, returned with a snake and found a blockage at 40 feet out which turned out to be a root that penetrated from the underside of the sewer pipe and bound the snake so it would not clear the line. We decided that this would be the location to excavate and cut to install a bi-directional tee as a clean out. This was a full days job and worth the money for all the labor and effort put in to the process by one man. The follow up was equally impressive, receiving text messages and a questionnaire on the service received. Obviously a business intending to be around and remain competitive. If you need a knowledgeable and reliable plumber call this company and ask for Sal! 5 stars +"

"Slaughter Plumbing responded quickly. I had to turn off the water and wait for them to arrive. I stated that I thought the leak was coming from the line for the ice maker in refrigerator. Jeff asked me if he could put a hole in the ceiling. After cutting the hole in ceiling, I was told that he could not find the leak and I should call "I Find Leaks". I called this company and they arrrived in the afternoon. He used an infra red camera to determine the leak was coming from the line for the ice maker in the refrigerator. He was able to shut the valve for this line at the water heater. If the plumber had thought of turning the valve off first, I would not have to repair my ceiling. Total cost of repair $770.00. I spoke to someone at the office to let them know I was not happy. I was told he would look into it. I never heard back from him."
