"Ben Franklin Plumbing was the third company I hired THIS WEEK FOR THE SAME JOB! The third time is definitely the charm, in my experience! Donâ t waste time and money on anyone else, LIKE I DID! They were the quickest to show up. Eric Burns was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more helpful to me than I ever expected! He explained everything in words I could comprehend. He did NOT charge me for unnecessary or unfinished work. After hundreds of dollars and lots of time wasted (on 3 different companies), Ben Franklinâ s customer service representative informed me that they did not currently have anyone available to service my call, but she offered me a â standby appointmentâ . I accepted the option because I was incredibly desperate! However, I did NOT expect anyone to actually show up! Thank you God for Ben Franklin and Eric Burns (the plumber that was dispatched to my house)! Within an hour of my call to them, Eric showed up and literally saved our home from being damaged beyond repair. We thought we had a simple toilet & bathtub clog. It turned out that the main sewer line was severely clogged and had already almost completely covered my backyard with FECES & URINE. These same sewer lines also connect to a popular local BBQ restaurant, that neighbors my property. Neither the restaurant owner nor I, had any knowledge that this was even happening. I was totally ripped off by the â so-called licensed plumbersâ that I hired this week! Iâ d be homeless, Ben Franklin didnâ t help me today! In less than 4 hours (on a very busy day), Eric Burns was dispatched to my house, assed the issue, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and here is the best partâ ¦Eric even spoke to the water company in my county, because the clog in the sewer main line was the cause of my toilets and tubs backing up. It was also the cause of all the waste filling up my yard and the restaurants patio area. He handled everything and was happy to do it! Thank you so much Eric! We are without a doubt loyal and lifelong customers! I will ALWAYS refer Ben Franklin Plumbing anytime someone I know needs a plumber! Itâ s the easiest choice to make, really!!!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."
