"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"I own a business and had a company come out to fix our air conditioner. They came out 4 times, charged for all those time and the unit still was not working properly. I then decided to try someone else, so I called Thermotech on the referral of a friend. They came out, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes (it was an old crumbling circuit board), showed me that bad part, ordered it and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. We have not had a single problem since! I was so happy with their service that I ended up using them for my home HVAC system.. I even referred them to a family member and they did a home install of a brand new HVAC system and they were very happy with the price, install, workmanship & fair pricing. Thermotech has found a customer for life with me. I have had so many bad experiences over the years with other companies telling & thermotech has been a game changer."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"In August 2014 we contacted a local based plumbing company to fix a water backup into the kitchen sink and master shower pan when the washing machine would drain.  That company we contacted came out quickly and performed a video inspection of the laundry line to the main line.  They then suggested a hydro jet cleaning which we approved.  Three hundred and fifty dollars later, the water no longer backed up, everybody was happy.
Fast forward to the week of February 9th 2015:  The water backup problem had returned!   We contacted the company that performed the hydro jet cleaning 5 months prior to see what could be happening now.  That company said that they didn't even need to come out already knew what the problem was.  They said that when they did the video inspection they saw that the main sewer line was disintegrating and it would have to be replaced.  This didn?t surprise us too much because we knew that the main line was at least 50 years old.  I did a little research to see what kind of costs I was going to be looking at for a main sewer line replacement or a trenchless reline and found that we were looking at some significant dollars ($4000.00 - $6,500.00).  Before spending that kind of money I decided to get other estimates.
From a good friend?s recommendation I contacted Chapman?s Legacy Plumbing and spoke to Kermit.  Kermit arrived as scheduled. Normally the access point to video inspect the main sewer line is from the clean-out. unfortunately our old house did not have a clean-out added when it was built.  Kermit tried to access the main sewer line from the roof vent line but that vent line offset when the house was built and there were too many 90 degree bends between it and the main for camera access.  Since a clean-out was going to be necessary whether the main line was replaced or relined, we had Chapman's Legacy Plumbing install one.  Once the clean-out was installed Kermit was able to thoroughly video inspected the main line.  Kermit?s inspection found that the main sewer line was in excellent shape!  Since the problem wasn?t in the main sewer line (where we had told him it was going off bad information from the other company) he was able to find the root cause of the water backup which was just a hair/grease clog in the connection between the shower/washing machine and kitchen sink.  That was cleared quickly and everything is now draining just as it should.  I don?t make many reviews but I know how important it is to find an quality company that knows their profession and treats their customers with respect and honesty.  My wife and I will be using Chapman?s Legacy Plumbing from this point on for all of our plumbing needs.

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"The quality and installation was excellent."
