"I was lucky to have my job scheduled in between rainy and dry periods and got the job scheduled before the summer season got going. Steven, the estimator & project manager, communicated extremely well and was very reliable. The woodwork was done quickly by highly skilled carpenters. There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof. The price and little extras of the job was extremely fair."

After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. "The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

They removed the old tile, that was not completely installed, and put in the new tile. They were then able to finish the project. Turned out very nice. I appreciated their patience."

"Was 1.5 hours late.. When I called him up he said "I'm in Woodland", CA. I live in Orangevale,Ca. He was quite angry that I called him. Sort of a blustery person. Installed the faucet in about one hour. He needed a new hose from his truck and charged me $15.00 for iit even though I had paid for two hours. So, in reality I was charged $150.00 an hour for the installation, plus bought the faucet myself and had to suffer a cranky person for that hour. Will not use him again.
