Because we had to wait for many months for our concrete roof tiles to be delivered (partly due to Covid and partly due to the fact that the tile manufacturer changed hands while we were waiting for our tile), Charlie arranged to have a member of his crew perform a temporary fix of the roof leaks over our fireplace. When the tile removal led to a rip in our screen, Charlie promptly sent someone out to replace the screen. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new.
