"the young man is a thinker. If my job had been a normal job, I believe he is quick and efficient. This job was not an o tree din as ry job. I do think he we as a lite pricey but I would have had to buy a whole new door,, so you have to weigh your options. His rnodh was a little too tough but it he said he was working very hard on his english.seemef very concerned about it my problem..would love to see him with a job that was not quite so difficult..I just hope we can get the door in when all is said and done. "I contacted them first by email (including photos) and received a reply within 30 minutes. I spoke with Eric, their installer, the next morning. They gave me a quote, and we set an install date for two weeks out. The day before the install, I verified with them that I was still on their schedule. Eric texted me that morning letting me know he was on his way. I had a semi circle window about our front door entrance that needed tinting, plus my double wide window in my upstairs office. He did both. He was fast and efficient."
