Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress.
