I offer more than just repair services to your home. I offer peace of mind. If and when you hire me, you hire with the confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"Johel was great! He trimmed a tree I had over my power line and he replaced my damaged soffit I had in two spots. He had done a fantastic job! I recommend him for any home projects!"

"The whole process went very well. I had asked that they come on the days when I would be here and they did. It did rain and they covered everything very well & quickly until the rain stopped. I am so used to checking on workmen all the time to make sure they don't make mistakes. These people did not make any mistakes. (A first time experience for us.) At one point, a piece of plywood wasn't cut exactly to fit. BUT before I could say anything, it was replaced with an exact fit."

"Timely professional job, kept the work areas clean. Complete removal of all materials at the end."

Trim board was installed to finish windows to match interior trim. All trim was caulked and painted to also match interior. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the product and work. We highly recommend Dream Home Remodeling. "We have a cabin-style home that had four dormer windows with the wood siding starting to rot from the bottom up. We also had significant carpenter bee damage and needed repair of damage resulting from a tree coming down on our roof during hurricane Irma. We contacted Surls Construction company through Home Advisor. Within 30 minutes of contacting them, we received a call from Ryan, the owner. He was very helpful, prompt and courteous. Despite the fact the siding used on our home was difficult to locate, he was persistent in searching for the obsolete product and came through for us locating the matching siding. Once the siding was available, Ryan and his team completed the project within three days. Despite the fact we were not present at the job site, Ryan kept us fully informed every step along the way. Additionally, he provided us with numerous pictures of the project so we could track his progress. I would highly recommend Surls Construction Company for any construction or remodeling needs you might have."
