Robert, was very prompt getting to our home and assessing our sewer blockage. He was able to determine roots were impeding our drainage. After clearing our line and the problem reappearing he came back out at no charge to clear and locate an additional blockage beyond the original. After his assessment he recommended that we call the county since this second blockage was real close to the main sewer drain. Long story short he saved my family thousands of dollars.
