I explained to him my issue and he was able to schedule me that same week. Dave called the morning of my appointment to let me know which two hour window he would arrive. Dave was very prompt on his scheduled time. He was very friendly and knew what was wrong with my dryer right away (the heating coils overheated and fried). Dave supplies his own parts so he immediately replaced the coil. His service was quick and efficient. I am currently drying my laundry and it is running as good as new! I highly recommend All Performance Appliance Repair for your small appliance issues. There is a service cost of $60. The total cost of our repair was $178.20 which included the service cost. A call for service to all the regularly mentioned places in Nextdoor resulted in three call backs – Ted and two service companies, who could come in a day or two. Ted asked for the model and symptoms. From his questioning he diagnosed the problem over the phone. And he squeezed me into his schedule and made the repair the same day.
