"Very disappointing. When she came the quality of the work was good. She texted me the day before scheduled cleaning to confirm the cleaning appointment twice. and each time I confirmed. Yesterday, she added a sentence to the text saying that if I don't confirmed I will incur $100 cancellation fee. She had never made that threat the previous time. I had a family emergency on that day and I did not see the text. The next day, about one hour before she was scheduled to come, she sent me a text, telling me that she is taking $100 as a cancellation fee and will not show up. I called immediately explaining that she had never sent that threat before and because of the emergency I did not notice the text. I questioned why since I did not respond to the text, she did not call me, before cancelling me out unilaterally and pocketing the money that I paid her in advance in good faith for that service.
