All for no charge, since the problem appears to be outside the house, and he did not charge for checking out our voltages and our electric panel. How often does that happen? "Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck. Brad then proceeded to change all the track light bulbs without extra charge. We are happy with the service and would recommend Assurance Factor Electric. "Bill is THE EXPERT!!!
