"This vendor committed to setting up a computer workstation at my home. When the day arrived for the work to be done. He texted me to confirm our appointment. After I confirmed it, he indicated that the cost would exceed the agreed to amount Note: early on, when we were discussing his service fee, he indicated that for a basic job such as mine, the cost might actually be less that the original quote. At any rate, when I told him that I was intent upon holding him to the terms of our agreement. He offered a litany of excuses for now not being able to do the work later that day as agreed. It seems clear that my resistance to pay more than the originally agreed to fee for service was the driving force behind his sudden unavailability. I am very disappointed that such a disreputable vendor is a part of your network. Also, it was a very dissatisfying experience to have to repeat my story 3 times to different Angie "customer service" staff without receiving meaningful support "
