"The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "EZTransitions is a company that you need for the unusual situation where a lost loved one forces you to prepare their home for sale. I used EZTransitions initially to remove 50 years of clutter to prepare the house for sale. However, I quickly found out that EZTransitions was able to do much more and I ended up using them to not only clean out the house, but to also perform minor repairs on walls and floors, paint many of the inside rooms, replace tile, clean rugs and floors, clean windows and screens, polish woodwork, etc. In general they prepared the inside of the house for sale. I had other contractors that took care of plumbing, electrical, the chimney, and the landscaping. But EZTransitions covered the gap of everything else that needed to be done inside the house. It was a big job and it took a few weeks. However, for a very reasonable price, I was amazed at the quality of the finished product. I had a team of contractors and the realtor working on the house with EZTransitions. Communication and cooperation amongst them was very effective.
