We had work on an exterior wall, interior wall, sliding patio door replaced, new vinyl flooring by two doors, lots of wallpapering, and carpet replaced, requiring different workmen on different days, stretching the completion time over a few months."

Was told that he was familiar with the house because he bid on the project when the gutters were previously installed, but lost the bid.
