Project included pressure wash, scraping, some wood replacement/repair, caulking of all joints, painting with quality satin finish Sherwin Williams exterior. One color change for front door. Prep was done in one day. Wood repairs and 95% of painting done day two. Finish painting and clean up morning of day three. Great quality and workers. TCB coordinated schedule with gutter company so painting was done after gutters came down and then new gutters were installed after painting completed."

"Larry his an incredible amount of knowledge on repairing and fixing many things, leady doors, he did that for me, fixing window leaks, putting in the shades so they completely block out sunlight, Larry also fixed a shaky and loose stair rail and made a shower nozzle work correctly as well. "I decided to have guttering replaced around the entire house which exceeded the amount listed in the Angie's Deal.  We discussed a price and I approved the work.  I had asked for the cost of cleaning out the guttering  on the backyard awning..  They said  they would do it at no extra charge.  We had  some delays in the installation due to rainy weather but they showed up when the weather cleared.  They suggested a color for the house different from the one I originally chose but I went with their recommendation and I'm glad I did.  The new color sets off the house and it must have impressed the neighbor because they had the same guttering color installed on their house the next week.  The day of the installation they did not clean the awning guttering as we had discussed and told me they would be back to do that later. They came back to check on a downspout but didn't have time to clean the awning gutter.  They said they had not forgotten and would be back to clean it out.  That's been over a month ago and  I haven't seen them.   All in all, I'm very pleased with their work and their professionalism.  I would use them again but this time I would make sure that any work was not just on a "free of charge" basis because now I have to get someone else back out here to clear the awning guttering."
