"It went well. Carpet cleaned for a reasonable price. Would use them again."

"A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days. When they re-tested we got the lab results back showing an 89% reduction in total spore counts, now well below acceptable limits. And so we did not end up having to rip up the carpet or LVT flooring or take other drastic measures. Both tenants in the affected area have told me they feel better and can tell a definite difference in the air quality. I would definitely recommend Moisture Solutions to come out and test if you ever have a situation like this, even if you can't see any damage - they have the expertise and the ability to take care of even unseen problems for you!"

"Both were cleaned. Karastan;s are supposed to live forever but this one was pretty sad. It came back looking better than new. The wall to wall was cleaned and treated for incipient mold. It also looks great. And no odor. The people we dealt with were professional and nice and prompt."

"Keith and his team arrived on time and effected this difficult repair efficiently and with no effect on the upper structure of the home."

"Came on time, was careful inspected areas needing work.  Main reason I choose John's Workshop was that he is the only contractor that came to the house and noticed missing piece of flashing that was causing water damage.  Also helped decide which route to fix things with out being pushy like other contractors were.  I would recommend to anyone else, positive reviews also carry as much weight as negative ones and you can trust John.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"It was excellent.! I Never experience anything like that before. They showed up and help me to put my home back together after being hit by a tornado. I Had shattered windows , Roof blown off. Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. Mr. Baker was angel in a time of need. I highly recommend this Company. I would use them If I were ever placed in this situation again. I can not thank them enough for the workmanship they gave home in my time of need. Thank you Turner"

"Very quick and did great work, work was done within days of first contact and the price was very reasonable. No runarounds or long delays, had a good experience with them."
