Work was accomplished expeditiously, professionally and beautifully. The results were amazing! I expected a mess from this major remodel yet when everything was completed, the work area was cleaner than they found it. No left over messes, entire crew was exceptionally polite and professional, work was completed ahead of schedule and I was very impressed overall. "Shawn, with Super Floor Store, did a fantastic job of bathtub to shower conversion in two of our bathrooms. The quality of the work was over-the-top terrific. Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. Super Floor Store also replaced the flooring in one of our bedrooms and did an equally super job."

"This was for a fairly major bathroom remodel. First time I have used them. Highly satisfied overall. The only issue I had was that the Proj Mgr and Proj Coordinator apprently left the company in the middle of my job, which I was not informed of., and which caused some project delay. Will probably use them again if I have another major remodeling job."

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."
