"Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."

HE SAID THAT HE WOULD START IN 3 WEEKS, DUE TO WEATHER. WAITED 4 WEEKS, AND TEXTED HIM ABOUT THE JOB. NO RESPONSE. CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE, AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. TEXTED 2 MORE TIMES AND AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. NOW AFTER WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS, I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE JOB WAS DONE 3 DAYS LATER FOR LESS THAN HALF THE QUOTE HE GAVE ME! HE DID ME A FAVOR BY NOT SHOWING UP! THE JOB WAS DONE AND LOOKS AMAZING! SORRY BUT THAT IS NOT PROFESSTIONAL, IF HE CHANGED HIS MIND, JUST LET ME KNOW, I'M COOL WITH THAT, BUT DON'T STRING SOMEONE ALONG AND NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS OR TEXTS. NOT RECOMENDING THEM ANYMORE."
