"I had called Mister Sparky to have one plug replaced and a switch and additional plug added . They were very prompt . The Electrician David that arrived was very knowledgeable and kind . He did a review of my Electrical panel . He then went over suggestions for things I might consider adding to the repair I needed . I appreciated the feedback I was given but quickly realized that the pricing was extremely excessive for the services offered . After going over the pricing for the two services I was requesting I choose just to replace the plug . So the plug was replaced taking about 5 minutes at a charge of $418.00 . The other service that I chose to decline was adding a switch controlling a plug that would have been about 5 feet away . That declined charge would have been $688. My best estimate is that service would have taken about 30 minutes . I do appreciate when called asking if I would refer them and I answered no because of overpricing they reduced the price . "The job was done in a timely fasion. Rob is very true to his word and when he says something will be done, you can rest assured it will be done to your utmost satisfaction. He also is real easy to work with and very professional. He went out of his way to repalce one of the landscaping light with a new one and fixed another one which was not working. He has a lot of knowledge overall about general maintenance of the house, trees, roof etc. He also installed a roof gutter which was not working properly. Now this one was not even part of his original job. Overall, Rob is great to work with and will use him in the near future for landscaping needs. He also has a very effecient crew and they finish the job and clean up nicely."

"We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work."
