He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. He returned twice to try and fix the freezer because it still was not working properly. Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be more costly than he had anticipated.
