"Used this service through the summer for basic mowing on my yard.  I'll start with the good first.  They definitely made sure that my lawn was mowed once a week.  Now on to the rest.  Asked multiple times to have the crew raise the mower blades so that they weren't cutting my grass so short & to stop edging to the ground around the house & other obstacles.  The mowing issue was that they were cutting the grass so short that it was dying & turning brown.  The trimming was even more destructive.  Basically, they trimmed all the way to the ground so every object they trimmed around now has a ring of dirt instead of grass,  I called & spoke to the owner about this & he said he would speak to the crew to remedy the situation.  Next week, same crew, same results.  Contacted owner again.  Was told that he would address it with the crew again.  Next week, same crew, same results.   <br /> Definitely do not recommend for any lawn service from this company as they have made a wreck of my yard. <br />"

"Apparently I was not on the list given to them, so I had not been called. I tried leaving a message but voicebox would not allow but it was also after 6pm. Honestly I figured they were bombarded w/ orders since this was such a good deal. So I was patient, I even called Angie's list last week saying I think they may have had a lot of volume on this offer. I told them I would reach out to Indy Landscaping again. I was able to leave a message Sat. 9/3. I got a call yesterday afternoon offering to send someone that day but being the holiday & I was not available. He said he could schedule a crew for an hour this Sat. I stated I had paid for 4 hours or 2 hrs for 2 people. He said he would send a 3 person crew for the 1 hour. How much can really get done in an hour. Even w/ 3 people an hour each that is still only 3 hours & I paid for 4 hours of work. At this point I feel I should just get refunded & not bother. I am very workable & understanding if they were overwhelmed w/ the demand. But I shouldn't be shortchanged on something I purchased & made to feel like I'm getting a favor to have an extra person for only an hour of work. I need the help to get the weeds under control, especially since I don't have the tools. They are A rated so my experience is obviously not an overall view. Just was really excited to have such a great offer that I was able to afford & to have such a let down. I didn't want to give a D or F."

"I had hired a 'professional' landscaping company, who had very good Angie's List reviews, to take care of our yard. They had done some work to our landscaping and said they had a lawncare program as well. In spite of the poorly executed landscaping, which the owner continued to tell me "we'll take care of it", I signed up. After watching the landscaper do the lawn care, I could see they were not covering the entire yard. The fellow doing the work was only here about ten minutes and moved awfully fast. I mentioned it to the owner, and it turned out to be him! For several months I went along because the owner kept telling me I had to be patient. The condition of our yard never improved. Terrible broad leaf weeds... no improvement in the grass either. I called NaturaLawn and they came immediately. They were able to treat our lawn within a week, and also treat for a mole problem. Our lawn was 50% better in 1 WEEK, and 100% better in just 3 weeks! The former lawn service had also brought in "top soil" to fill a low area in our yard and had seeded the area. Their top soil was 50% coarse rocks. Their seeding failed miserably. NaturaLawn assisted us in connecting with someone who could bring clean top soil and spread it properly, and seed it, for a fraction of what "former" did. We had grass coming up within a few days and the area was covered and functional within 3 to 4 weeks... the way it should be. NaturaLawn did an excellent job for us and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for honest people doing their work right. Remember, NaturaLawn did not begin work for us until mid-September... and still got our yard straightened out before winter! Excellent results!"

He was able to complete the project the very next day and did an excellent job! He even blew the clippings off the driveway, which is greatly appreciated. We could not be happier. Hoping Darren can add us to his regular schedule for lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance, and possibly other services as well throughout the fall and winter. "I was extremely happy with their service. I had used a different service for many years then switched to Sundown. Sundown provided many additional services for about the same cost. They did hand edging versus mechanical edging, weeded, trimmed, and cleaned out the flower beds. I would recommend Sundown Gardens and will continue to use them."

Communication with Justin and Shea was excellent and we were always kept updated when our planting would commence since this depends on the weather and their prior commitments. We discussed with Shea what types of plants we wanted and she came up with a wonderful plan where we have various colors and heights blooming throughout the season. We wanted all perennials that would attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, and she devised a wonderful plan for our yard. The crew that was sent did a great job and treated our yard with great care! We are very pleased with our finished look and plan to continue to use them for added mulch and flower bed cleanups each year."
