"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"The choice of floors was excellent. The The salespeople were very informative and patient. The installers did expert work. The office people were helpful. Every one of these people were pleasant. We are completely satisfied."

"Kade was fairly priced and communicated throughout the whole process of the installation,"

"I had them put down a bathroom floor. The job was done professionally and I am so happy with my floor. The guys were very professional. Also the price was reasonable and I would gladly refer them to anyone"

"Joe and his team were amazing. He was able to get me deals on all my flooring supplies. Installation process was easy and very quick. He was able to do my complete basement as well as the stairs with vinyl plank. He also did tile and stone work on my fireplace. As well as trim work around the doors and windows. Would definitely hire him again for future projects."

"Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.

"Great work, clean, courteous and punctual. Very attentive and helpful with our vision for the project. Offered artistic advice when we asked. Also, it should be noted that our home is what youâ  d call special, and not easy to navigate (plenty of unevenness and challenges). They did a fantastic job, and weâ  d highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Very well. Al was detail oriented and good with creative work arounds. Very conscientious. He had done some smaller repairs for me last year, too. Got along with the dogs and cats, also. Cleaned up every day. Polite and professional."
