"Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues.
