"There was a miscommunication. When I spoke with Mike on the phone, I specifically asked if they steam clean the carpets. However, he must have misunderstood my question. He arrived with an orbital rubbing machine, like what one would use to buff a hardwood floor. We had that kind of service before with Kiwi carpet cleaning in the Dallas area. And we didn't think it was nearly as good as steam cleaning where suctioning is involved. It's frustrating because we scheduled movers to unload our household goods for the following day and now we're going to have to do a multistage move so we can get our carpets cleaned the way we requested. While we were very disappointed that the service wasn't as we expected, Mike conducted himself professionally and arrived as expected."

"Mr. Perez always responded in a timely manner and once the work was scheduled he was very prompt. The work was completed in one day. Mr. Perez and his team were very professional and friendly. They did quality work and we are very pleased. "They were on time, courteous and did a great job. They moved furniture around for me and helped me. They just did a marvelous job. I vacuumed for two days prior to that with a Rainbow vacuum cleaner to get out cat fur, people fur and whatever. They came in and sucked up. They did a wonderful job. They were working in here for probably more than three or four hours. It's not a large house. But, the area is kind of funny. It's about 500 sq ft living area. Hallway is another 100 sq. ft. They showed up when they said. They were well spoken and mannered."

Kent was the operations supervisor and visited often and he was the guy who got up and cleaned the registers and vents that were 28 feet high. Gave a B grade on price - how would I know what's competitive? Quote seemed high at first but more than fair when the job was done. Called some others highly rated by Angie's list and they didn't even bother to come out and look at the job - gave a quote over the phone. I even cautioned them about it, and they said if it was a house that was their bid. Knowing the extent of the job I dismissed them and their company. If they came out for their quote they would have either left immediately or done a half assed job."
