However they did return to repair walls and made adjustments to a window twice as well as replaced a defective screen. I feel that they did accommodate my request for repair as best as they could. However, my initial contact with Grayboy employee James was not so professional . He did not seem to care that damage had been done and suggested I paint the damaged areas which angered me as the cost for the windows was high.
