He recommended replacing humidifier part I had just replaced the month before, and then was forced to admit he hadn’t even looked at it, just assumed it was old. I asked why the upstairs was so much hotter than the main floor and he said “We don’t do that, you’ll have to call an air duct guy.” Then I had to call after several weeks to get the estimate for some of the other suggested repairs that he said he would email but never did.
