"It was very late in the season. They were very busy and were not able to get to us. They thought they would not get it done because it was already freezing . However we were pleased because they called to say there was going to be a warmer day and they would still come out. The late clean actually was what we preferred as we have many oak trees that drop their leaves very late. They were efficient and did a good job.
