"Jared came over on November 6 and gave us an estimate and explained what he would be doing.  He originally told me he was already scheduled thru Thanksgiving and didn't try to pressure us to set up a date at that time.  I called him back a week later and let him know we wanted to go ahead with the job, but was concerned about accessing the house through an alternate entrance because of the floor needing to dry.  He told me at that time that he would probably be able to do it right before Thanksgiving, as someone had cancelled.  He checked his dates and got back to me right away and set up the appointment.  Jared did a good job of explaining the process, as we had not been through a refinishing job before.  He was eager to accomodate our scheduling needs, and explain how long it would take to dry, and what the floor should look and feel like after each coat.  He cleaned up well after the job was finished, and offered advice in keeping the floors looking new for as long as possible.  He was easy to work with and professional. I will definitely contact him again in the future when the floors need refinishing again."
