"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Did complete kitchen install of major appliances. Very professional and completed project in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business for appliance removal and install."

"Sean exceeded expectations with his outstanding performance. He showcased exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and reliability throughout the entire process. Notably, he effortlessly installed my TV with remarkable speed and efficiency."

"Professional installation by a experienced technician Would definitely hire again if needed and recommend to anyone who asks"

"He was very professional and courtious. The appliance needed a part. He is checking with Choice to see if needs part or replace the refrigerator. I was very pleased with the his service and approachability."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Mr Steve Houston- from Heaton Construction, a subcontractor for Lowe's- did a tremendous job for me with faucet replacements. Mr Houston is a very personable, capable, professional and efficient worker. Energetically and enthusiastically came in to discuss issues, determine the project details and got to work! Cleaned up along the way and when the job was finished. Too bad more companies don't have any/more employees like Mr Houston- l'd ask for him back by name if I ever needed work done from a Lowe's purchase!!! Thanks for job well done."
