"Jeff and Shane are perfectionists and creative - you can't go wrong. Removed: 1 piece shower, vanity + sinks + counter large, 1 piece mirror, lighting, and wall paper. Replaced with tile shower (included niche and small bench seat), vanity, vanity top, sink + faucets, mirrors, and lighting. Jeff and Shane did a fantastic job and showed their creativity when unexpectedly, 2 batches of tiles were different thicknesses, the vanity we ordered (measured by different vendor) didn't fit plumbing so the plumbing had to be moved and adjusted (and some drywall replaced), and shipping delays stretched the job out longer than expected. Our new bathroom is beautiful and we really appreciate Jeff and Shane's attention to detail and for creating something special. This is the second job Jeff completed at our home (previous was kitchen remodel) and I would hire him for a third."

We had chosen- and paid in full- a specific high end granite and were victims of a "bait and switch" scheme.. Then told we'd never see a refund & to just go away.. We had to replace the wrong granite and decided to go with KSI... Best decision ever! They were honest, friendly and professional..
