"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

No searching for painter to fix boards and paint, rotted boards and other areas fixed and LOOKS very good to the eye. However, There were several nails left in the yard (I've picked up 9 so far, Son has picked up 4). As a matter of fact, we got a flat with one of your nails stuck in the tire. {Same nails used on roofing, which is why I gave Overall a 4, other than the fact that there's ALWAYS room for improvement} Overall, love what was done!!! "The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"Extreme Exteriors did a great job for us in removing and installing a new roof. We entered into an agreement on a Sunday and the following Saturday the work was completed. They completed the entire project in 6.5 hours. The pricing was fair, and they offered 0% financing for 24 months which was extremely helpful for us. "Please read until end!!! The technician did a good job until he made a mistake during his inspection which caused an issue in our home.  The fireplace was not sealed off when he de-pressurized the house, which is part of the energy assessment, as a result there were ashes which were blown into my living room.  The tech and I spent about an hour cleaning the mistake, needless to say, I was not very happy.  Even though, I did not make a "stink" about this initially, about 6 months later, I got an email asking for a review which I responded to with this information.  About 5 minutes later, I received a call from Blanket Insulation about the issue. After I told them what had occurred, they insisted  that I have my carpets and couches cleaned thoroughly by a professional and that we send them the bill which they would re-imburse us for!  Blanket Insulation was only concerned about doing the right thing. There were no strings attached.  I am a very busy guy who usually does not have time to write reviews good or bad, but I had to share my experience because I believe it is a rare thing to find a company who would care enough to do this!  Although, we have not spent the money to do the full insulation package, when we decide to pull the trigger on it, we will look no further than Blanket Insulation!

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
