The owner of this company does all of his own work which is great because he is a perfectionist and likes things done the right way! In addition to the great job he did with installing my new floor, he showed up on time and was extremely professional and so kind! I would welcome the man into my home any time. A very trustworthy man. I would highly recommend him. He is hard working, organized and friendly."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"My experience was unique in that Connor ended up doing the entire project by himself after his crew deserted him. He is a dedicated trustworthy professional that strives to do an exceptional job and often went the extra distance. The original job was to take 2 days but to no fault of his it took 5. Like all contractors after they leave you tend to find minor mistakes that require attention. He is a pleasant individual, always on time and works very hard. If there was a downside it was that I wasn't compensated for all the assistance I provided. Would hire him again"
