"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. "this was a generac generator.  An electrical panel had to be installed in my basement also.  It went well, and they were did all they said they would do.   
There are costs to generators that buyers may not be aware.   There is a yearly maintenance cost of 267.00.  My generator stopped working this winter.   It goes off every Friday as a test and there is a light on it that should glow green.  It did not go off and the light was red.  The company came and started it right away.   However, they said that one way I could make sure this would not happen is to purchase a winterizer kit.  Since it was three days before we had a blizzard, I decided to get it installed for $481.00.  I would think that generic would be able to make generators that would not need these kits?
I gave the company all A's because they did do a good job, and were great at everything.
