"First let me say that I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But I felt compelled to review Mr. Sandless after seeing my “new” hardwoods floors! My floors has seen much better days...it had 17 years of scratches, fading, stains and build-up to the point that I thought it was hopeless and that refinishing was my only option. The cost and process of refinishing, however, was so daunting that I delayed for far too long! When I happened upon Mr. Sandless online that promised similar results for a fraction of the cost and time commitment, I figured I’d hear them out. Bryan was prompt and courteous when he came to my house for a free evaluation and was so reassuring that he could bring my tired floors back to life. He was so knowledgeable and seemed so capable in terms of floor rejuvenation I decided to give it a chance, despite my reservations that he’d never be able to get my floors looking good again. Looking good is the understatement of the year! I was not prepared how AMAZING the results were!! I don’t remember my floors ever looking so good, even brand new! "I want to take a minute and express how highly I appreciate the work that was performed by AD Golden at my house . From the beginning the person in charge to show me the different types of materials was well prepare and knew all about the different kinds of counter tops and prices. Also, he walked me through the process of replacing my counters which is not that a difficult one when you have some on that explains right.The person they send out to do the measurements was right on point , when the material got to the house it all fit perfectly, that made it very easy for installation. I ended up upgrading from granite to quartz, it was a great experience and I am very happy with the final result. Thank you AD Golden"

"John and his team arrived at 9:30 in the morning on the day promised. It took the team approximately 1 hour to take up our existing carpet, and get the floor ready for the new hardwoods. The delivery of the wood was delayed, so they were delayed by approx 1/2 an hour before they could start the installation of the floors. After the materials arrived, the job went as expected after that, and the entire job was finished by approximately 7:30 pm. The new wood flows seamlessly into the previously existing floors. The installer did a particularly excellent job lining up the wood in the dining room with the existing wood in the hallway. The clean up of the floors and the outside cutting area was very good. We asked if some speaker wires could be tucked under the baseboards, and they did a great job making sure that was done."

"We visited the showroom, picked out the quartz, confirmed the price. A representative visited our home to take detailed measurements. I provided my own sinks and he took one, so the cut out would be the correct size. Within 2 weeks a team came to the house to remove old countertops and install the new ones. Team was very efficient, put pads down to protect floors, careful in removing old countertops, installed new countertops and sinks, and cleaned up. Fireplace & Granite provided the best price of all the dealers we visited. Great company to work with."
