"First a quick run through. I called 3 contractors for bids. JZ Construction, Northwest, and Clovis Glass. Clovis Glass only deals Milgard and I didn't have a problem with that and they were the lowest bid. Now that being said Milgard has a D- rating with the BBB. So, I decieded to go with Anlin and I'm not unhappy at all. Northwest was cheaper by about 1k  than JZ and they were also willing to install a full window where a door was previously and JZ wouldn't do that. So, Northwest it was.     <br />     The salesman James was helpful and didn't try to lay the b******* to thick and was able to answer all my questions. Two contract crews came out because I asked them to get everything done in one day and they did. I thought the crews did a very good job and were polite and cordial. They were able to get everything done and clean it all up and replaced all the blinds and made it look great. <br /> The only issue I had was that a window was broken upon initial delivery and they said it would be replaced in a couple of weeks and two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. So, I give James a call and he took care of the issue for me and a couple of days after that a new window was finally installed <br />     Except for the blunder I thought everything was fine and my wife and I love our new windows! <br />"

They wanted over 14 thousand for the patio cover alone, we were going to cancel the idea for this year when we found RFMC at the home show and from that moment on everything changed. They not only did the patio cover, fans and lights but we also got a better quality cover and concrete work for less of the original estimates.  Their team is first class. They took care of everything including getting approval from the HERO program, City permits, etc. All work was done as promised, all our questions were answered and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. "<p>Kirk's bid was $100 under what the pest control people would have charged.  We had a tight time frame for the work to be completed and re-inspected before close of escrow.  Kirk removed the dry rotted areas, and replaced them with new doors, which he had painted to match the color of the house.  He added an additional set of hinges to help prevent warping, replaced the slide lock and added an additional lock for more stability, replaced the rotted wood on the sides of the shed.  The new doors looked like they were a part of the house from the beginning, seamlessly matching at all points.  The garage door frame is also beautifully done so you'd never know wood was cut out and replaced.  He took the time to find wood that would match the existing wood so it would not look like a patch job.  In addition, he filled a wood p***** whole and painted it without being asked.  The work was completed in a timely manner so the re-inspection could be performed on the date and time scheduled.  With the scrap doors Kirk made a platform for window air conditioners for a small apartment my daughter was renting.  Very good use of material that would have ended up in the landfill.</p> <p>I am always very happy with the creative and wonderful work Kirk performs.</p>"

"Once we agreed to go with JC Construction, they set a date to repair the roof.  On the agreed to date the come out and repaired the roof, but failed to tell us when they would be out to complete the interior work.  After several weeks, they called and set a date to do the interior repair.  They came out on that date and did the interior repair.  The quality of their work was very good, their initial response and repair was prompt and their crews were professional.  Our only issue was the uncertainty regarding the timing of the exterior and interior repair, which in hind sight, I probably could have prevented by contacting them more often."
