"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... "Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."

"Detailer complained multiple times that I had hired him through Angie's list, and said that he didn't like doing show-level cars. When he asked if there was anything special I wanted him to do, I showed him some dirt on the driver's floor mat and asked him to deal with it. He said, "Oh, that would be an additional $XX (don't recall the actual amount)". I assumed that he was kidding, but he didn't remove the dirt. He spent less than two hours on the car in total, which I think is skimpy for the price he charged. I tipped him $20, and he looked at the money like it smelled bad. He did not thank me for the tip."

"We highly recommend J.C. Tiles Company! The owner Jose was amazing. We are so impressed by his work. every detail we spent talking over he listened to the vision and our concerns ... we needed J.C. Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. We are so happy with his work. the installation of our new beautiful tile walls to the ceiling and pebble floor is a wonderful change. also, they helped assist with plumbing and shower doors install.
