"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"They gave a free estimate, did the work promptly and for the quoted price, and our garage door works better than ever. Very quiet, unlike previously. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and business-like. What more can I ask? C&C is my garage door company from here on!"
