They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."

He visited the property and keep me informed about the repairs since I don't live locally. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the work done. However, the tenant seemed happy and satisfied. "The company was very great. I can say my experience with them was definitely an "A" rating. I received a free estimate from Michael and as soon as I got the price, I decided to proceed. I had an addition built to the side of my existing home. The process was very smooth, Dina kept constant communication with me and gave me a weekly schedule of the work being done. They did start a bit early in the morning but it needed to be done since I had a certain time frame. Besides the crew being there and working on the construction site, I had assistants from the office stop by weekly to make sure I was happy with the process, and to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
