The job included insulation, drywall, new electrical lines, and installing a mini split heat pump. The owner, Thomas Williams, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He listened to me, made suggestions, and after we agreed on a plan, he delivered excellent work in a timely fashion. The proposal was fair, invoices were detailed, and there were no surprises at the end. Thomas communicated clearly throughout and it was a genuine pleasure to work with him. Alan showed up in the time frame that we had set up. He completed all the work in that time frame.
Alan's appearance and conduct were professional. He took extra care to avoid any damage to items around the house. He adjusted his technique around newly painted areas to avoid damaging the fresh paint. He even offered assistance and advice for removing oil stains on my driveway.
