We initially hired Hemmert Painting to paint the interior walls and trim on a couple rooms of our house, but ended up adding more rooms, sanding and re-staining the stair railings, and removing wall paper and painting a bathroom. We expected a lot from Hemmert and they came through with flying colors. The communication was excellent. "John is a great contractor. First and foremost, he showed up early and waited until our scheduled time to come to the door. He is extremely efficient. Because we were on a budget he worked with me to keep the cost down. His original quote had the paint included. I ended up purchasing the paint but it may have been cheaper for him to purchase it and get a better quality paint. I had to go with a standard brand. He asked about fixing a paint job I had done that wasn't adequate. I was thrilled not to have to re-do it myself. He also painted the window area above the doors that I had neglected. As we got into the project we knew that it made sense to have the wall connecting the rooms painted. He said it was no extra charge to do that. We then realized this would be the best time to paint the popcorn ceiling so it would like nice as the newly painted room. We added that to the request and he was able to finish in the three days he had proposed it would take for completion. <br /> Living, Family, up the stairs, landing and upper hallway: $1000 (not including paint) <br /> Paint the popcorn ceiling $225 (included paint) <br /> No charge for the small connecting wall or to fix my paint job. I ended up giving him an extra $125 for that though I would have liked to give him more for those pieces. <br /> The first price was lowered because I moved the furniture out of the rooms as much as possible and wiped down baseboards, etc. If you don't want to do that, then your price would be higher accordingly. <br /> John is a great guy and my dogs (who are a bit skittish around people) were so excited to see him everyday. <br /> I'd certainly recommend you contact John for your next painting project. I will definitely call him back when we're ready to do the master bedroom and bathroom. We also asked him to give us a quote for painting the exterior of the house."

We asked them to spray a flexible covering in one area to stop a leak with our owner provided spray. "We needed our window trim and baseboards repainted after 15 years. Peter walked around inside, looking at every window and baseboard, then he came back with his team and showed them. They needed to match several colors since different ones were used during the construction. "The Paint Doctor painted our exterior home and shed. Between power washing, prep, and paint, it was only 3 days total of work (with some days between washing and prep.) The crew was professional and did a great job! Joe was very available for questions and other communications. The quoted price was excellent and was more affordable than we expected. "The manager and supervisor showed up on a Saturday to look  over and to conduct an evaluation of the project.  On the first day the crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed setting up all scaffling requirements. Making sure all boards were tight and secure and removing the trim. The second day two gentlemen arrived to install the heavy black panel insulator. After completion chicken wire was installed and secured over the black insulator, covering the entire house. It was a little noisy, but we expected this.  This process took two days.   After the insulation of the chicken wire the stucco crew arrived to start applying the stucco over the chicken wire. This process took one day.  In order to allow the stucco to dry completely the crew were away from the project for a week.  The project was hampered with several delays due to heavy rains and unfavorable weather conditions.  Once the weather conditions improved the crew returned to complete the painting and to mount all gutters, caulking and painting of the eves.  The crew was always polite and addressed all questions in a very knowledgeable way.  Not once did I hear loud or rude conversation coming from them.  Everyone on the crew had a particular job to do and they did it with such accuracy. The one thing I took note of was their attitude for safety.  At the end of each day they made sure their entire work area was cleaned of any debris or hazordous material  that could cause injuries. When the project was completed the project manager conducted an inspection to make sure the work was done to the highest standard and to address any concerns or questions from the homeowners.   'Pride in Professionalism' should be Front Range Exteriors motto, because that is what they provide.  We have already recommended them to several people. <br />"
