"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"The project was a mid-size to bigger size project that included removing parts of the old siding, soffits, fascia boards, gutters and downspouts and window shutters. The siding was replaced with James Hardie siding with a combination of lap siding and shingles and custom window trim. Shutters were replaced with cedar shutters and all gutters were replaced with seamless gutters. Overall the work completed was top notch . We did have a minor issue with the window trim, but that was fixed to what we were good with and they gave us credit on the final payment for the issue. The GS crew was great to work with, very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely hire them again."

The team arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Concrete repair looks great, but LOTS of splashed residue on my front siding and windows that quickly turned into large dark spots. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."
