"Steve is a good natured and reliable guy who has great enthusiasm for his work. He installed Pergo laminate in my dining room and kitchen doing a very tricky transition of the same flooring from the living room that was previously installed. It came out beautifully and I highly recommend Steve."

"Kevin is a very knowledgeable contractor. He has completed several projects for me. Pictured is a remodel from an outdoor open patio to an enclosed sunroom that I love. He did everything from ceiling to tile to windows, walls, and siding. He has built custom cabinets for my awkward shaped pantry, repainted the outside of my 2300sq ft home and a outdoor 14x14 covered bbq area."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"I heard these guys were doing some work in the area so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to see what's going on. My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! These guys are fast AND affordable! I paid half the amount I would have paid for anyone else! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects and services!"

"Empire and Lowes quoted $500+. Victor and his team arrived the day after I contacted them, provided the carpet, installed it and cleaned up after themselves all for a third of that price."

"They did my shower and bathroom floor for $7200 in one week which was really good time for what I needed to get done and I loved it they were great very clean very professional"

"Not sure why but carpet took longer to dry than expected. Very easy to communicate with this business."

"Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable."

"They have done several projects for us, including drywall repair, bathroom remodel, and installing handrails on front porch.v They always do a good job and are nice people to work with."
