"It went extremely well. Steve was out to my home in 30 minutes and explained what he was doing through the whole process. They used several procedures to find the leak location and then drilled 3 very small holes in the slab to pinpoint the exact location. He said if the the leak is under tile they can usually drill through the grout. That made me feel so much better as I didn't want holes all over my house. It went very well and I will certainly use them again. Called the plumbers and it was exactly where he said it was and my leak is now fixed."

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"Jon was extremely nice and professional.  He came to my house and looked at the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced.  It required an extension since it also connected to my sprinkler system.  He looked at it and explained what he would need to do to replace it. He went to the store and bought the extra extension.  He then came back and installed the whole thing.  He explained to me how it worked.  It is a big improvement over the old box and is much safer!  I will definitely use Jon again whenever I need electrical work done. He did all this for the cost of the Angies's list special I had purchased.
