"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."

"Mariano Aragon did a fantastic job of repairing some seriously damaged areas in my kitchen and guest bathroom. After the plumbing repairs were complete both rooms were a disaster area. Mariano came to the rescue, rebuilt all the structural damage and did beautuful refinishing of the plaster and and a masterful job of marrying the new tiles he replaced with the existing tiles that weren’t damaged. I am more than happy with the final results! Mariano was cheerful, thoughtful and completely reliable through out the days of his restoration project for me. I highly recommend him for his excellent, inventive and superior work!"

"We had them come out and install laminate wood flooring for us. They didn't seem to have much knowledge in laminate flooring and ruined a few of the pieces. Also they took off our door frames, had they read the instructions, they wouldn't have had to do so. When they put our door frames back, they left it so messy and caulk was everywhere (even on our new flooring) that we had to sand it down and repaint everything. Although they were friendly, I would not recommend them.

"The project involved building two walls, adding a door, building a closet, matching texture and painting. I got three bids on the project. PT'S bid was about half the price of the other two contractors. I was a little skeptical but selected PT and I am very happy that I did. PT completed the project in only four days. One contractor told me it would take two weeks. I was also extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and materials. Both were top notch. I was also impressed with the punctuality and courtesy of the workers. I always felt comfortable having them in my house. Overall I am very happy with PT'S work and would recommend them for other remodeling projects, particularly for anyone on a tight budget as I was."

"I feel Kevin and KASE Construction did a great job! Kevin understood our vision and did a great job of assuring us first time homeowners that everything was going to work out and it did! He was a little sparse with details which, for someone who wants to know every detail of what's going on took getting used too, but, ultimately everything I asked for was done with no hesitation or resistance and my kitchen came out just as I had imagined if not better! I felt very comfortable with having everyone in my home and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. The project also took significantly longer than expected (3.5 wks instead of 2) but this was largely the result of a backup with the coutertop maker. To make it up to us, Kevin and the team came in while we were on vacation and finished the project, plus, he threw in a couple of freebies for us! At the end of it all, we got the kitchen we wanted and came up $100 under what we were quoted, when does that ever happen?! I would highly recommend Kevin and KASE Construction to anyone interested in remodeling and will be certain to use them for any future undertakings. Thanks for making our dream a reality Kevin!"
