"I strongly advocate for this company. The initial installation of our shed floor was wrong and lacking just about everything and started caving, leading to rot and requiring a full replacement. Joel stood out for his excellence and in-depth knowledge, addressing all our needs efficiently. He ensured the shed was raised to safeguard against flooding, removed the old flooring, and installed new flooring with stable footing and appropriate underside support. Furthermore, he built a staircase. His professionalism and the company's service were impressive, prompting me to enthusiastically recommend them. The trust and expertise they demonstrated were outstanding."

"I have been doing business with Isiah and Jennifer for over 2 years. Great locally family owed buisness. I called after 5pm yesterday and Jenn had me an appointment ASAP!!! The next morning tech came out found the problem immediately and had the replacement part on hand, happened to be the thermal cut off was bad, but it was still under parts warranty and he replaced it on site. Also diagnosed that the dryer 3 prong cord was bad, glad they caught that !!! And replaced it, he got the dryer running like new again all for the quarter of the price of a new one. Premier Appliance has fixed my washer and another dryer also having to have a new heating element put in my dryer and my washer having to get new springs installed in it from water and tear and they always get my appliances up and going like brand new every time. If you need your appliances fixed within hours literally call Premier Appliances!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Cocoa, FL

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
